Conditions of Participation

Participation in the CELO Fixings competition, from now on referred to as the “operator” or “organizer,” is free of charge and governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.

Duration of the Competition

The competition will run from 13 November 2024, 00:00, to 7 January 2025, 24:00. During this period, visitors to the website www.celofixings.com will be able to participate.

Participation

To participate, entrants must complete and submit the competition form on the website within the participation period. Forms submitted after the closing date will not be entered into the draw. Only one completed form per participant will be accepted. Submitting multiple forms to increase the chances of winning is prohibited. Participation is free of charge.

Eligible Participants

Individuals who are at least 14 years of age are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to the organizer’s customers and does not depend on the purchase of goods or services. Participants with limited legal capacity require consent from their legal representative.

All persons involved in the planning and execution of the competition, including employees of the operator and their family members, are ineligible to participate. Additionally, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants for justifiable reasons, including but not limited to:

(a) suspected manipulation related to the competition,

(b) violation of these participation terms,

(c) engagement in unfair practices, or

(d) provision of false or misleading information regarding the competition.

Prizes, Notification, and Delivery

The following prizes will be awarded:

• 10-day tickets to BAU Messe München 2025, valued at €35 each (one-time drawing; tickets dispatched before the trade fair begins)
• 10 black CELO caps with a “FORCE ONE” sticker, valued at approximately €8.12 each (available for personal collection only from the CELO stand)
• 10 assortment boxes (MZK and F item no. MIXNFMZK156), valued at €11.75 each (available for personal collection only from the CELO stand)

The winners will be determined via a random draw after the entry period closes and before the trade fair begins.

Winners will be promptly notified in writing via email or post and will receive their day admission ticket by mail. Other prizes (caps and assortment boxes) must be collected in person by the winner at the CELO stand. Prizes will only be handed over to the winner or, if applicable, the legal representative of an underage winner. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The operator will cover any shipping costs for the prizes. Additional costs associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is also responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.

If the winner does not respond after two notification attempts, the prize may be awarded to another participant.

Termination of the Competition

The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time without prior notice or explanation, particularly if unforeseen circumstances disrupt or prevent the competition’s intended operation.

Data Protection

Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant ensures that the personal information provided—specifically first name, surname, and email address—is accurate and truthful. The organizer assures participants that their personal data will not be shared with third parties or made accessible to them without consent. In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and place of residence in the organizer’s marketing materials, including announcements on the operator’s website and social media platforms.

Participants may revoke their consent at any time by sending a written notification to the organizer at info@celofixings.com. Upon withdrawal of consent, the participant's personal data will be deleted promptly.

Applicable Law

Questions or complaints regarding the competition should be directed to the operator. Contact information can be found in the operator's legal notice at www.celofixings.com.

The competition is exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these conditions of participation is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions will remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that closely reflects the economic intent of the invalid provision. This also applies in the event of a gap in these participation conditions.
