The patented nylon clamp Abranyl® ABT can be installed in just 3 seconds with the FORCE ONE+ gas nailer!

The Abranyl® clamp ABT is a multidiameter clamp made of nylon and specially designed to save time installing tubes and conduits using nailers. Each reference covers up to three different tube diameters. The tube is simply pushed in, and the ABT closes automatically around it offering high-security values. In addition, its nylon properties provide additional performance against expansion due to the temperature contrast of the tubes.

This product is now ETA-approved when used as a complete system: FORCE ONE+ gas nailer + XHA nails (minimum homologated length is 22mm) + nailing accessories, guaranteeing safety in your installations.

Quick and easy to install, just press the tube and you will be able to close several clamps at the same time without tools. Installation is also quick and easy with CELO nailers or fixing it directly to channels such as our E2000PB, E2000PG, and 1000PVC. In addition, through its hole, it can be screwed directly to the wall with a 4.5x35 and 4.5x45 screw and a four-side expansion plug FX Ø6. The alignment marking on the clamp allows easy mounting when looking to install in series.

Plus, it has the same height as the junction box for easy installation without bending the rigid tube.

Available in white, grey and black. The black colour is UV-resistant and can be exposed to sunlight.

The clamp is UL-approved, halogen-free, and RoHS-compliant. As the KIWA certification confirms, the clamp can be used for hot water pipes up to +90°C in permanent operation and peaks of +110°C.
