Extremely fast and without thermal bridges: The IPSZ 80 insulation screw made of die-cast zinc is your specialised insulation screw for direct fastening in external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) and enables fast and at the same time thermal bridge-free direct fastening of wall connection profiles, metal sheets, skirting protection strips, signs, etc. on insulated façades.

How to save time with IPSZ 80:
The IPSZ 80 insulation screw speeds up the mounting process and helps you save installation time, as the sharp drilling tip makes pre-drilling in plaster unnecessary when mounting to insulated façades. The insulation screw can also be screwed directly into AAC2 and - with increased pressure - also AAC4 aerated concrete and thanks to the drill tip drills through thin sheet metal or tinsmith profiles. The screw can be optimally screwed into clearance holes with a diameter of 8 mm, as is common with wall profiles or cover strips. At the same time, the TX25 drive ensures high torque transmission and extremely fast screwing. Due to the integrated sealing ring, no subsequent sealing is necessary, which also saves you an installation step. Plus, the stylish flat head makes for a clean finish.

Rain tight and free of thermal bridges:
The insulation screw is made of zinc die cast and features a pre-assembled and weather-resistant EPDM sealing ring, which ensures clean sealing against driving rain up to wind force 11 (violent storm), tested according to DIN EN 1027. This makes the IPSZ 80 insulation board screw both corrosion-resistant, as well as resistant to ageing, weathering and UV-rays. The sealing ring prevents the penetration of water and cold into the façade and seals it permanently. In this way, the IPSZ 80 insulation screw ensures fastening free of thermal bridges to the external insulation and maintains the energy efficiency of your building.

With a length of 80 mm, the insulation screw IPSZ 80 can be used for almost all insulated facades from 80 mm. The distinctive threads provide a secure hold in ETICS, styrofoam boards, hard foam boards, polystyrene boards, wood fibre boards, perimeter insulation and more.

Due to the head hole, the thermal screw IPSZ 80 is also well suited for light fixings with a Ø 3.5 mm screw.
