When using core drilling equipment with a diamond core bit, it is particularly important for occupational safety to securely fasten the machine to the ground. As a general rule, these heavy devices are fastened with the system drop-in anchor, threaded rod and nut.

The drop-in anchor SA 12D has a 1 mm reinforced anchor sleeve making it especially suitable for temporary fastenings of diamond core rigs. This offers more safety against shearing in the case of hooking the drill bit.

The high expansion ability of the drop-in anchor enables a low anchorage and drill hole depth. This saves you valuable working time when creating the drill holes. The internal thread of the SA 12D offers connection possibilities for an M12 threaded rod.

For a correct and fast installation, it is essential to use the setting tool ESW or ESW Pro with hand protection to achieve a high expansion and secure anchorage in concrete.
